Birtamod: In the last 24 hours, 274 people have been infected with the corona virus in Nepal. The Ministry of Health and Population has given this information in a regular media briefing held on Thursday.
Ministry spokesperson Dr Jageshwar Gautam said that the number of corona infections has been increasing since the lockdown was lifted. The number of infected people has been 1553 since July 7 after the lockdown was opened. Before the lockdown, the number of infected people was 1,193 from July 13 to July 20.
In the last 24 hours, 227 people have been discharged. So far, 14,248 people have been discharged, said Dr Gautam.
